AGRENES Market is a direct-to-consumer trading arm of FRE PRO LIMITED (UK Companies House 12671150), a specialist Ugandan-produce importer and wholesaler registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 5 Pembury Road, London N17 6SR. We also operate agrenesfrepro.com for wholesale buyers across the UK, Europe, North America and GCC.
Both sites deliver fresh Ugandan produce sourced from our farming partner Agriculture Environment & Ecosystems Ltd (Uganda, Company No. 179759, established 2014), who run the packhouse at Ndeeba Kabowa and the 1,500-farmer outgrower network.
Through our wholesale division AGRENES Fresh Produce (agrenesfrepro.com), we have supplied UK, European, North American and Canadian markets with approximately 12 tonnes of hand-selected fresh produce weekly, from a network of over 1,500 outgrower farmers across Uganda.
AGRENES Market runs on the same packhouse, same team, same farmer network and same four-weekly flights from Entebbe to the UK as agrenesfrepro — Global G.A.P. certified and HACCP-compliant. The only difference is who we serve: Market is built for consumers and independent retailers — primarily UK, with retail delivery also to the UAE. Wholesale export to the USA, Canada, Europe and the wider GCC continues through our sister brand Fresh Produce.
What we grow
Hot peppers, eggplant, chilli, tomatoes, ginger, matoke, cassava flour, and over fifty other fresh and dried lines from the fertile soils of central and eastern Uganda — picked, packed and air-freighted to the UK within 72 hours.
